What is the return policy?

You have the right to exchange or return products purchased on traildelbisaura.com within 100 days of purchase. All products must be intact and unused. If you decide to return a product, shipping costs will be at your expense (in case of a defect, we will cover them). As soon as we have received your products, we will proceed with the refund. We are not responsible for the loss of products during return shipping.

How can I return my Bisaura Merch?

Please make sure to follow the steps below correctly so that your return can be processed properly:

1. Download this return form, fill it in with your details, and place it inside the package along with the product you wish to return.

2. Send the package to the address indicated on the return form.

3. Once we receive it and confirm that the product is in good condition, we will issue your refund.

4. If the return is due to a size change, once we have refunded your money, you can purchase the shirt again in the size and model you prefer.
