Regulations
By participating, you agree to all these damn rules, with any unforeseen situations left to the discretion of the organizers.
Don’t be lazy — read them, for f***’s sake!
Rules
The race regulations are based on and subsume the "Mountain Race Regulations" of the FEEC and any modifications included by the FEEC.
1. Limited to 500 runners per race on a strict first-come, first-served basis (475 spots open to the public and 25 reserved for club members and commitments with sponsors, etc.). Registrations open on 15/05/2025 at 14:00h and close on 07/10/2025 at 23:59h.
2. Registrations for non-federated participants will incur an additional cost to cover the price of the temporary license required to compete. Valid licenses: FEEC, FCA, FCOC, FEDME, ISF, and ITRA.
3. Registration formalization:
·Registration is not valid until payment is made. Once registered, each runner will receive an email with a summary of the provided data (name, age, email, etc.).
·A security code will also be sent for autonomous cancellation. Keep this code safe!
·Make sure our emails don't end up in the spam folder.
4. Dropping out:
·Done via inscriptions page of this site. Below the registration area, there's an option to unsubscribe. The system requires two runner details and the security code. If correct, the cancellation is processed.
·The amount paid will be refunded minus the bank fee via the original payment method. This action is irreversible! Your bib will be reassigned.
·The deadline for cancellations is September 27 at 23:59. No refunds after that date due to logistical reasons: supplies, shirt orders, insurance, beer kegs... Thanks for understanding.
5. Waiting list:
·Once spots are filled, the platform allows registration to a waiting list (ordered).
·If a bib becomes available, an email with a payment link will be sent. You’ll have 24h to complete it. If it expires, the spot goes to the next person. This is irreversible.
6. Distance changes:
Distance changes not allowed. You must unsubscribe and register again. If the new distance is full, join its waiting list.
7. Bib transfers:
Not allowed. Running with someone else's bib leads to disqualification and permanent ban.
